PRIVATE CHEF COLLABORATIONS

I work with chefs in both PA & DE. I’m happy to recommend local chefs to elevate your wine dinner experience.

  • I correspond with chef and make dinner selections which pair with the menu.

  • Tasting presented can be guided for smaller gatherings or I can pour and answer questions for guests at station throughout a larger event.

  • Custom menu created

  • I communicate with host/event planner to determine appropriate amount of wine for the gathering.

  • Selections designed to fit any budget

  • I’ve presented as small as 10 to as large as 50 guests.

Rosé and Roses, what a perfect pairing! I’ve collaborated with local flower farmers of Strawflower Farm and Renegade Flower Farm in Glen Mills, PA. Both are available to rent for a private wine tasting.

Bourbon Tastings

In addition to being a wine lover, I’m certified in spirits as well. I can present a Bourbon flight, Tequila Tasting or add a craft cocktail to your experience.

You can’t rush Bourbon. It’s taken years to get to your glass! I’m here to share the story behind the bottle. From the first aromas, to the lingering finish, I’m here to walk you and your guests through the experience. I share the influences soil, geography and climate have on the barrel maturation. I connect others with stories of distillers, so their passion fully shines in the glass. I inform guests of ways to maximize their tasting experience through sipping techniques, and bourbon knowledge.

It’s not just what’s in the bottle, but who you share it with. Memories are waiting to be made around a dinner table, fireside, or on the patio of your home with a personal tasting.
